Do you ship nationwide?
Yes — we offer insured nationwide shipping on most items. Shipping costs calculated at checkout.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we ship to U.S. states and territories only.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout and we’ll notify you when your order is ready.
How long will my order take to ship?
Orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. Large or fragile vintage pieces may require extra packing time; we’ll note that on the product page.
Antiques & Vintage
Are your antique and vintage items authentic?
Yes — each antique and vintage item is carefully sourced and inspected. We note origin, age (when known), and provenance where available.
How do you describe condition?
Condition is described honestly on each listing (e.g., “excellent antique condition,” “hairline,” “chips/staining”). Please read the full description and ask for additional photos if needed.
Can I use antique and vintage items for food?
Some items are decorative only. Any potential food-use items will be noted in the listing; if unsure, contact us for care recommendations.

Damaged or Missing Items
My item arrived damaged — what do I do?
Email photos and order details to help@verandamercantile.com (or reply to your order confirmation). We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or repair as appropriate.
An item is missing from my order — what now?
Contact us right away with your order number; we’ll investigate and resolve promptly.
